Thank you for shopping with Dress Me Right. We're sorry your purchase wasn't quite right for you, but we'll do our best to make the return process simple and hassle-free.
Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us on 072 256 0325.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are damaged, incorrect, or part of an incomplete order.
Exchanges for a different size are subject to stock availability.
Sale, promotional and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The time it takes to reflect will depend on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Where applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
