Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was delivered to you. Please contact us first to initiate the process on 0722560325.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of ear rings, except in the case of damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange i.e damaged, incorrect, or incomplete Orders). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
